Full Return Policy
All jewelry sold on our website may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (less our shipping cost) assuming the following items are returned in original condition:
Items that can not be cleaned or repaired for resale are not eligible for refund or exchange. Items returned in this condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Potential deductions from refunds for returned items not in original condition:
We pride ourselves on our honesty and business ethics. To date, we have never had to deny a refund or make any of the deductions listed above (with the exception of deducting our original shipping costs, which applies to all returned orders). Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. International customers are responsible for seeking reimbursement for taxes/duties paid to UPS, USPS, or their national and local governments. Returned merchandise must be received within sixty days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Customers are required to send originals or copies of all documentation sent with the order. Customers must contact us by phone or email before returning merchandise.
A tag labeled "15% Restocking Fee if Removed" is affixed to all jewelry. The purpose of this tag is to deter those who wish to 'rent' our jewelry - purchasing it with the intention of using it for an event and returning it for a refund. If merchandise is returned with a broken or missing tag, a 15% restocking fee will apply apart from shipping and the other potential deductions detailed above. This tag does not hide or cover the pearls or prevent customers from fully inspecting the jewelry before deciding to keep it.
Credit for refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the purchase was made with a check or money order, a check will be issued in the name of the account holder and can be mailed only to the billing address listed under the account at the time the order was placed.
