When buying something as special as pearls, people are understandably anxious to see them. We strive to ship orders same day when possible.
We offer several shipping options to make sure your pearls arrive when you want them to. If you have questions, please call us at 1- 877-Pearl-11.
Orders over $100 receive free or discounted shipping. The following chart shows all shipping methods and rates available.

CANADA: Charges for UPS Standard do NOT include a minimum $35 brokerage fee. All other Canadian shipping prices do include brokerage fees. For all UPS shipments to Canada, national & provential taxes combined will be between 13% and 14% of the declared value. Duty will be approximately 8.5% of the declared value. Values change depending on your province. For more information, call Canada Border Services Agencies Border Information Service at (506) 636-5064. UPS will require payment before delivery is made. National Pearl is not responsible for recovering brokerage fees, taxes or duties for returned merchandise. Not all shipping methods are available in all areas. We will contact you if you have chosen a method not available for your destination.
Sundays and holidays are not transit days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless "UPS Saturday" is selected.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We ship discreetly and our name does not appear on the shipping box or label. This prevents potential theft and keeps surprise gifts a secret.
All shipments are insured. If a package is lost or stolen, National Pearl collects the insurance claim and ships a replacement.
Canadian customers are responsible for customs and brokerage charges and applicable national and local taxes.
UPS does not ship to PO or APO boxes. Please select a US Mail option for these addresses.
US Mail Express service is not guaranteed to arrive overnight in all areas. Order by 11:00 a.m. Central Time to ship same day.
Arrival time may vary based on your location. Packages being sent to business addresses should arrive before 5pm.
We do not guarantee same day shipping, however orders placed before 3pm Central Time generally ship same day.
We are able to ship to alternate shipping addresses. Please call us when ordering shipments to alternate addresses as it is a red flag for potential fraud.
High value shipments will require signature for delivery. Some shipments do not require a signature. Call for questions.
UPS will not deliver packages to Canadian residents until brokerage and other fees / taxes have been paid.
