Shipping prices do not include fees, duties and taxes.
UPS charges a minimum of $35 Canadian Dollars for customs
brokerage. This amount can rise depending on the value
of the package. The Canadian local and federal governments
also charge some taxes on imported pearl jewelry. UPS
will require payment for these fees before delivery is
made. If you decide to return your jewelry,
you are responsible for pursuing a refund on these taxes.
Brokerage fees
are non-refundable. If you refuse a package,
the brokerage fee and any other fees presented to us
as a result of your refused delivery will be deducted
from your refund. These fees are non-refundable.
Your package may be delayed if there are any problems
at customs.
