Our goal is to ship your order same-day when possible. Most orders ship same or next day.

Not all shipping methods are available in all areas. We will contact you if you have chosen a method not available for your destination.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not transit days with the exception of FedEx Home Delivery which runs Tuesday through Saturday.
With the exception of FedEx Home Delivery service and our "FedEx Saturday" express service, packages are not delivered on Saturdays.
We ship discreetly and our name does not appear on the shipping box or label. This prevents potential theft and keeps surprise gifts a secret.
All shipments are insured. If a package is lost or stolen, National Pearl collects the insurance claim and ships a replacement.
We ship Monday through Friday.
FedEx does not ship to PO or APO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address when choosing a FedEx shipping method.
Arrival time may vary based on your location. Packages being sent to business addresses should arrive before 5pm.
We do not guarantee same day shipping, however orders placed before 2pm Central Time generally ship same day when you choose any FedEx shipping service other than Ground or Home Delivery. Ground and Home Delivery packages generally ship on the next business day.
We are able to ship to alternate shipping addresses, however you must contact us by email for approval which may take up to 2 business days.
High value shipments will require signature for delivery. Some shipments do not require a signature. Call for questions.
